Some time you want to share your PC or laptop internet connection with your mobile, tablet or another laptop……here the way to share internet via wifi with your gadgetes…..
- First create your wifi hotspot by doing these steps: step 1. open command prompt with administrator permission (goto strat menu..search cmd….simply right click and click on run as administrator) step 2. type following lines…( without quotes) “netsh wlan set hostednetwork ssid=wifiname key=wifipassword mode=allow” then press enter and type “netsh wlan start hostednetwork” again press enter
now your wifi hotspot is ready to work……. - Now go to “network and sharing center”(you can go by searching network and sharing center in srart menu)
Now Double click on your internet connection (here in this photo it is “local area connection”)……..one box will open…then click on “properties”(at left hand side of bottom of box)…..one another box will open
- Now click on “sharing” ……..check the box of “Allow other network users to connect…………” and click on “select a private network connection” than select your wifi connection name(which remembered before step 3…here it is “Wireless NetworkConnection 2”) Then check the second box
5. Click OK Now your wifi is ready to share your internet connection.(you can close now all open boxes ) - Now simply connect your gadget to wifi connection and enjoy……….

after giving the command to set the hosted network , i gave the command to start it and the reply was——
“The hosted network couldnt be started .
The group or resource is not in the correct state to perform the requested operation.”
My wifi was switch on.
pls tell me the solution

Try This: run the command “netsh wlan show drivers” in cmd with admin privilege and Check “Hostednetwork supported network : Yes/No” (it should be YES). Then Check if wifi-driver is installed or not. If it is then Disable-Enable the wifi adapter
